CFR Training For Volunteers At Ayub Medical College

Cardiac First Response (CFR) Training for the volunteers of Ayub Medical College Flood Relief Campaign was held on September 24th and 25th 2010 in the Seminar Hall. The training was organized by Institute of Learning Emergency Medicine (ILEM) & Disaster Relief by Irish & Pakistanis (DRIP), in collaboration with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) in Ireland, National Ambulance Service College (NASC) Ireland,   Department of Medical Education (DME), Ayub Medical College and Disaster Management Center (DMC), Abbottabad. So far over 1800 doctors, medical students, nurses paramedic of Rescue 1122 and Edhi Ambulance Service have been trained in CFR across Pakistan. 

Dr. Yusra Gul (House Officer Ayub Dental Hospital) and Mr. Resheeban Selvarajah (3rd Year MBBS) scored 100 % marks on the written test. 
The training was facilitated by Dr. Noaman Siddiqui, Dr. Ejaz Afzal, Mr. Tabarak Ahmed and Mr.Yasir Awan.
