CFR Training at Ayub Medical College

10th Cardiac First Response (CFR) Training for the students of Ayub Medical College was held on 29-30 October 2010 in the Seminar Hall, AMC. The training was organized by Institute of Learning Emergency Medicine (ILEM) & Disaster Relief by Irish & Pakistanis (DRIP - www.dripireland.org), in collaboration with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC - www.phecc.ie) in Ireland, National Ambulance Service College (NASC) Ireland,   Department of Medical Education (DME), Ayub Medical College and Disaster Management Center (DMC - dmcrelief.org)), Abbottabad.

Syed Sibtain of Fourth Year MBBS and Mr. Qasim Zia of 3rd Year MBBS scored 100 % marks on the written test. 
The training was facilitated by Dr. Noaman Siddiqui (Chief Trainer Instructor), Dr. Ejaz Afzal (Senior Trainer Instructor), Mr. Tabarak Ahmed (CFR Instructor) and Mr.Yasir Awan (CFR Instructor.




Soon more advanced trainings like Emergency First Response (EFR), Cardiac First Response - Advance, Neo-natal Resuscitation will be started in Pakistan with the collaboration with the above-mentioned partner organizations
