400 Food Packages worth Rs.600000/- were sent to Swat for onward distribution in remote villages through our local coordinator. Mr. Matee Ullah, retired PAF Officer based in Matta, Swat.
The packages have been coordinated by AMC Flood Relief Camapign through donations received from various sources and from Disaster Relief by Irish and Pakistanis (D.R.I.P), Ireland. Moreover, the first 40ft container from DRIP Ireland containing warm clothes, shoes, quilts, utensils and medicines has also reached Karachi and is in process of custom clearnace. Three more containers are on their way to Pakistan.
